We really appreciated the possibility to check in earlier after our long flight from Europe, and that we could leave our luggage a few days after the stay as well. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. The location is great to visit the main attractions and center of Santiago, and the hotel is in a very quiet my street without noises at night.

We felt safe and secure as the hostel was quiet and incredibly clean, and situated in a cool neighbourhood. The staff were fantastic and are around 24/7 - in particularly Catalina was such a vibe, so friendly and helpful! She has such a warm energy, and it made the experience even better - we would definitely stay here again if coming back to Santiago.
