The size of the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living space. The bathroom and the entire place is only shared with 2 other bedrooms, so it was pretty easy to do. The kitchen has everything you need. The entire place was always clean. The swimming pool is relatively big and a big plus in Manuel Antonio.

The well equipped modern apartment, pool and breakfast were great. The host, Markus, and his wife were very friendly and helpful with lots of local tips. We walked to the waterfall and swam in the upper pool which was extremely refreshing.

If you are a bird enthusiast, I shall highly recommend. Great view of the mountains and sunrise. Staff were particularly helpful with knowledge of birds but also accomodating to our requests and treated the accomodation as their home (unlike hotel chains).
