Booked because it's close (literally a few metres) from the bus station, it turned out to be a very comfortable and quiet place, surrounded by a small jungle. There's also a big restaurant, open all day and offering a good choice. The staff, both at the reception and at the restaurant, were very kind.

Only good if you are looking for a quiet place to stay, a bit away from modern amenities. We stayed here to visit the nearby Braulio Carrillo National Park. The host is flexible and friendly, complete kitchen available with refrigerator, microwave, stove, utensils etc

The house is accessible by car but then isolated and so peaceful. You can hear all nature around and observe birds anytime. Nice furniture (bed, kitchen, balconies…). I highly recommend!

Really helpful receptionist, who went out of her way to take us to see a couple of sloths in the grounds. Really enjoyed our night at this hotel.
