The building is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood, which is a nice break from the bustle of the city and Old Town. The apartment itself is extremely clean and tidy (it is cleaned every day except Sun), and includes all the facilities/amenities you need for a week-long stay. There is also AC, a lifesaver in the hot summer heat! The garden/courtyard is lovely, and it was nice to look out to a lemon tree from our front balcony. There was always a parking spot for us by the building, which was a huge relief off our backs, as you’ll see parallel parking is no joke in Chania. Our host, Nikos, has also been nothing but incredibly kind, accommodating, and welcoming from the get-go, from providing us tips and recommendations on our first day, to greeting us each morning/afternoon and asking about our day. He really goes above and beyond to ensure that you feel at home and are having a comfortable time. I really hope to be at Terpsis Estate again when we eventually come back!

This is surely the best location you will find if you want to stay in the very heart of Chania! The street where the hotel is located is beautiful and very central yet it is very calm at night. Vangelis, the host, is super responsive, welcoming and provides you with the best recommendations for attractions and tavernas! We loved our stay and would definitely come back if we have the chance!

I can't stress enough how clean, welcoming and beautiful this quiet little hotel is. The design is just so smart, everything makes sense, the rooms are impeccable. The patio is private and still very open, so you get to enjoy the jacuzzi to the fullest. Also, it is important to notw that staff were extremely professional, helpful and reliable. Everything was perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

We loved the design of the house. Central location and perfect view over the lighthouse of Chania Port. The kitchen has everything you need, well equipped. Comfortable beds. It is a cozy place.

Loistava sijainti. Sai olla omassa rauhassa. Lähtöpäivänä saatiin pitää huone koko päivän, koska meillä oli iltalento sekä aamupäivän satoi ja ukosti: eli meidän onni ettei uusia asukkaita ollut heti tulossa.

Sijainti on hieman sivussa, korkean kukkulan laella. Rantaan kävellen tulee noin 2km. Ihanan rauhallista ja pelkästään paikallista asutusta. Majoittajat hyvin avuliaita, tarjosivat ruokaa ja pyydettäessä kuskasivat. Ihanan iso oma piha-alue ja tämä yksi syy, miksi valitsimme tämän kohteen.

Very quiet and spacious apartment, it is the upper half of the house with the beautiful view and surrounded with many orange trees. There are some good local taverns with homemade food which were very cheap.
