On arrival, we've got a friendly introduction to the history of palazzo and its owners/facilities. Rooms have air conditioning, although it's a bit loud and impossible to regulate, e.g. putting it into a quieter night mode.

The hosts are super friendly and helpful and kind. They answered every question with full attention and tried to help on every issue. The kids loved the dogs and felt free to play outside in their beautiful surroundings. We highly recommend and definitely will come back to visit.
