It was wonderful to have a balcony with a mountain view. The room had everything I needed for a perfect stay. It's in a very quiet location, nearest shop M-preis with wide choice is cca 3 minutes by car in Oberbolzano. There are many options for hiking, you can also use the cable car to visit Bolzano or just spend some time with the animals in the barn. Our room was spacious and had a Jacuzzi on the balcony with an incredible view of the mountains. Heated pool was a great plus. The staff was accommodating from the check-in desk to the team in the restaurant (especially Chris) to the housekeeping lady. The area is so magical and peaceful. The Spa is a big bounce. We took the chalet with 2 rooms, big space and comfy beds. All you need is available. There is a train station less than 5 mints on foot.
