We were so pleased we picked Ola Linda as our base for our country hikes. Our dog adored the space (there's so much land that we may or may not have lost her a couple of times!). It's a traditional country house with some low ceilings that only add to the charm. The house is incredibly well-equipped and has everything you might need for a longer stay. It's also close to a big supermarket. We especially enjoyed the terrace and seating area (take insect repellent if you're partial to being bitten by mosquitoes) The host was always attentive and available via messages, and kindly left us a lovely bottle of Portuguese wine as a welcome gift :)

Absolutely perfect! The house is so beautiful and comfortable! The front of the house is all in glass, with a breathtaking panoramic view! I's so cosy and all the details made us felt so welcomed. Every bedroom had its own bath, the beds were super comfortable. You have stunning views from every room. There was a lot of space. Outside, the house has an amazing private terrace, so comfortable to relax and enjoy the view! The sense of peace we feel there is unique. Irene is an excellent hostess and made us feel so welcome! We loved everything and we want to come back!

We loved this hotel. The owner Joaquim was very friendly. He welcomed us personally with some small talk . He gave us all the information we needed about the hotel and the village of Marvão. The room was very spacious and very clean. The bathroom had a big window, and was well ventilated. Wi-fi was very good all around the room. Breakfast was good, and served based on the request of each one of the guests. Free parking near the hotel.
