We stayed at small house; it was perfect for us: two terraces (one very private) looking into valley, comfy living area, huge bed, small but functional kitchen. Berdardo is one of the best landlords we ever met. The house has some luxury touches as the heated mattresses (we used after rainy day) or the espresso machine. Also, some local produce was offered. Landscape is amazing, close to small towns, nice beaches and ocean, but away from everything. If you like walking or nature, it is perfect place: a lot of birds around, also we saw the bunnies jumping around. I did some early morning walks just from the house in the valley. The nights were amazing as well: no light pollution, possible stargazing. No noise (except cicadas). And our most interesting experience was definitely Portuguese fireflies: every evening the valley in the front of house was full of fireflies, flying around aimlessly as the flashing lighthouses.
