Valmont estate is picture perfect with the most beautiful horses adding to the tranquility. We stayed in the Dam Cottage which was very cutely decorated and snug. Its centrally located and very close to Natures Valley with a beautiful unspoilt beach and hike, and just off the N2 so a short drive into Plett for a meal or tsitsikamma for some adventure sports. This is the perfect place to rest and rejuvenate. The staff are lovely and super helpful.

The cottage, the bed, the bathroom, the location, the comfort, the beautiful surroundings, the views, the naughty monkeys. Breakfast was also very good and extensive. The hosts are so kind and make sure you have everything you need. Thank you for making our stay memorable. Plettenberg Bay is also a great location for a lot of nice day visits with a few good restaurants. I will definitely come here again in a few years.
