A recently renovated apartment located in Alexandroupoli, Theoni’s country house with garden and sea view features a garden. This is a sweet house in the middle of a green field 5 minutes drive to the center. A huge supermarket in 3 minutes walk away. It was not seaside season but seaside is like 5-6 minutes walk away, It has an ac and heating system. We wanted to warm up the place and it took only 5-7 minutes to feel the warmth. It is important to note for cooler months.
