Coffee and Pepper Plantation Homestay está en Thekkady y cuenta con vistas a la montaña, jardín, salón de uso común, terraza y restaurante. This is an excellent homestay. George is a super host, greeted us with coffee and biscuits and was very helpful throughout. The room is a great size and very comfortable and we slept really well there. The balcony is a nice bonus. The food is excellent, we had dinner there as well and I highly recommend doing that. Overall one of our best stays and I thoroughly recommend it.

El Windermere Estate está situado en Munnar, en la región de Kerala, a 8 km de Mattupetty Dam, y cuenta con barbacoa y vistas a la montaña. El establecimiento alberga un restaurante. The location is beautiful amongst a Cardamom plantations and surrounded by tea estates. Super staff : kind, efficient and helpful. The meals at the barn were very tasty. The in-house activities with a naturalist were enjoyable. Not to mention the high tea in the afternoon.

The interior of the hotel, the rooms, the view you have from each and every point on the hills with tea bushes are incredible and charming. However, the best in this hotel are people. Manager Binoy is great host who truly takes care of his guest making sure we had the best possible experience of Wayanad and of our staying at the hotel. His team is dedicated and was careful and attentive to every our need, they were so kind and welcoming. And the last but not the least is the chief of the hotel who made absolutely unforgettable dinners, it was so delicious. We’ve spent 7 days there and enjoyed each and every moment.

An amazing place that took us back in time. renovated to meet modern standards. There are minor inconveniences, to be expected. The staff were outstanding and made the stay special for us. And the food complemented the experience. We discovered this place as we were passing thru Kannur. We plan to return in winter.
