Helpful host with lots of good tips. The place did look better than the picture tells. The shared garden had a perfect Italian atmosphere.

It’s a beautiful villa in the mountains. Perfectly renovated. The room in the second night was not as beautiful as the first night. The staff was super accommodating and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean and charming. The pool was just perfect for cooling off and relaxing. The breakfast was to die for. I would highly recommend this beautiful place to my friends and family!

Situated in La Spezia, 1.4 km from Castello San Giorgio and 1.5 km from Technical Naval Museum, Brezza d'Estate - L'Opera Group features air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. We were very pleased will all available accessories (coffee machine with more than enough capsules, new tootbrush if you forget it by accident, soap, hair dryer, all dishes we needed, laundry machine...). Check-in and chek-out was very easy. Very good place if you use railway.
