The owners are fantastic people. They are always around if you need them and kindly help you out if need be. But, the best thing is that they leave you alone if you want to be alone. The property is off the main road and on a hill so it is quiet and the grounds are maintained every day by a nice couple of locals. Great front balcony that has a small view of the sea.

O Thai Island Dream Estate, localizado na Praia Klong Nin, em Ko Lanta, apresenta villas luxuosas com uma piscina privada, em frente à praia, e apartamentos com 2 quartos, na praia, todos com uma... we just loved our 9 days here. the villa on the beach was perfect. 3 rooms each with a bathroom. the lounge and kitchen had everything we needed. plus a great tv for evening movies. the location is perfect. just a few meters from massages on the beach many restaurants and a stunning beach. but the best of all is RAY!! she is super friendly and professional. helped us book every activity we wanted. booked our taxis and gave us great recommendations. at one point. needed medical attention and she arranged it all for me at a good clinic nearby. simply the best! thank you RAY!! we hope we can come again.

My 2 weeks stay in Cashewnut Tree Bungalows I recently stayed for 2 weeks at the family house in Cashewnut Tree Bungalows and had a very relaxing time. The owners are incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything I needed. They offer a wide range of services, including scooter rentals, boat trips, elephant rides in the rainforest, various minivan or ferry connections to other cities or airports, diving trips, and numerous local attractions with plenty of recommendations. The resort also provides laundry services at a very reasonable price. The resort area itself is very peaceful, which helped me relax completely. It is centrally located in the southern part of Koh Lanta, near many restaurants, souvenir shops, 7-Eleven store, bars, and beautiful beaches. You can easily visit each of the beaches by scooter, which is very convenient. The location is relatively close to the national park and a waterfall, both of which are worth visiting. During my stay, I explored the entire island and found that the southern part is much more peaceful than the northern part. The resort provides internet access, but in the family house where I stayed, the connection was the weakest among all the bungalows. The speed was around 7 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload. Sometimes, I had to use my mobile internet for work. However, for regular internet use, the provided connection should be sufficient, with speeds up to 310 Mbps claimed by the owners in the other bungalows. In summary, Cashewnut Resort is very well organized, and the owners are very helpful. During my stay, I had an issue with my scooter, and the owners immediately assisted me by facilitating communication with the local Thai people, which was a great help. I could always count on their support. If I return to Koh Lanta, I will definitely visit Cashewnut Tree Bungalows again.
