Staff were friendly, but sometimes unreliable and did not complete promised tasks. Service at the restaurant was very slow unfortunately even when there were only a few diners. The restaurant has a pleasant garden area, however the quality of the food and its presentation needs to be improved.

Place was brilliant, location was perfect, staff was really friendly and helpful, rooms very comfortable and clean, breakfast was gorgeous, very good variety of food and cakes, highly recommended Hotel Sao Luis.
