I am an easy going person who doesn't complain much to details. I don't like to complain but this time I can't leave behind this experience I had at the hotel. a big problem with the bathroom sink, and the phone to request room service I spoke to them, I told them three times to send someone to fix the sink they never did I asked to speak to the manager the next day they told me that the manager would come to talk to me and I would send someone to fix the sink. Never on the 6 days did anyone come to fix it, I brushed my teeth in the shower, terrible, terrible, terrible! I will never again be in this type of hotel with these bad room services, the ladies who cleaned the room very well and friendly in the restaurant, very friendly, the staff all good, but the room for the price I paid they gave me the smallest, most horrible room and with problems the phone in the room didn't work I wanted to have room service or I couldn't use the phone. I was physically going downstairs to order food and going back to my room to wait for the food.

The view from the roof top is amazing. The breakfast is good. The room is big and the bed is comfortable. They can lend us things to use at the beach. Most of the members of the staff are really nice. Nice restaurants around.

The room was large, the bed was large and comfortable, the balcony view was great, the decor was beautiful, the complimentary breakfast was fabulous and the coffee was probably the best I’ve had in Brazil. The staff was absolutely amazing and everyone made us feel welcomed.
