It was clean, but the staff was terrible. I will not go in detail wat happens. And they apologized several times. But in the end they hired the staff which were awfull at check in. The next day we had some food and the staff let me go to the counter and get my own food. They were non stop talking in a group of 5 without help. You expect so much more from Hyatt.

I did not like, I Love thsi place. Staff are adorable, helpful. There was a real key to the room not stupid card that dose'nt work.. Great classic wholesome food. Close to an amazing public pool with slides. The Airport is 5 mins by local but 4 Frs... What more to ask for??

Nice village close to the airport.
Nice village close to the airport. Many shops, restaurants, take aways, pharmacies, etc. Also many public transport choices. There are also two public swimming pools, one covered and one open air for the summer.

Kloten is my favorite location for the night before...
Kloten is my favorite location for the night before departure at the Zurich airport. It has convenient bus & rail service to the airport and provides a safe, walkable community to eat, shop for groceries and the all important chocolate to take home, and explore.

The room was too hot and a fan was not available.
The room was too hot and a fan was not available. It was really too hot to stay in the room until the sun set. They have some type of central air conditioning which does not blow cool air. Also the room was $25 cheaper on the day of arrival but the haughty property manager refused to make a price adjustment. He said it was inflexible like an “airline ticket” and would make. I exceptions. I got to the room and saw that the cancellation period was until 6 pm on the day of arrival so I should have just cancelled and rebooked right there at the front desk.

Kloten train station is about 5-10 minutes walk, and travelling to Zurich HB station is only 16 mins train ride. even though the apartment has no reception, before the trip, i was able to contact the management on booking.com to arrange some things, and they were helpful and responsive.

Watching planes and seeing the mountains from the terrace was a treat. This was the beginning of a 2 week trip by train, thanks to the Gerbers for getting us to our first station in Kloten and for pointing out the A380 taking off

I really recommend people to stay here. will definitely stay here again for my next visit in Switzerland!!! 10/10 stars

Trains to Zurich leave every 5-10 min and it takes 15 min to get to the city center. There are some butiks and cafes near here . There is a round a clock mini supermarket just in the hotel. And it saved us a lot cause we came in the midnight and we were very hungry. Spacious rooms. Abondant breakfast.
