The room was very neat and clean and the location of the hotel was fantastic.Hotel is located just 2 min walk to the Rumlang train station. The good thing was that free tea and coffee was available round the clock.

Wallisellen is a very good destination if you want visit Zurich and don´t want to pay for an expensive hotel in center. The connections to the city are very good. The train comes every few minutes. Also the restaurants there are cheaper than in Zurich but the same quality.

Wallisellen is rather for a non-touristy stay.
Wallisellen is rather for a non-touristy stay. The highways around and across the place are very nicely developed, as well and the many train trails and bridges. The noise is too stable to be bothering.
Shopping centres are there too.
Good connection with other parts makes it quite OK though. It should be no more than 20 minutes to get the centriest place in Zurich from anywhere in the area.

Worth the rates. Very clean. Sufficient amenities.
Worth the rates. Very clean. Sufficient amenities. Tram station right in front of hotel. Very attentive staff. Loan for swiss francs for parking.
(Of course ,if only free parking would be included for foreign guests coming a long way).
Loan for umbrellas on a rainy day.
Hotel slippers and masks available.
TV signal could be better if it did`t keep cut all the time.

the area where the hotel was on the map sounded goot, beside the Glatt shopping Center, however we couldn't find the place in dark at night raining. We didn't wanted to park someplace and walk to the hotel?
Spacious room, nicely decorated. Spotlessly clean. Daily cleaning and fresh towels.
Bed was good. Bathroom comfortable. Wine glasses high quality. Towels were fantastic.
Power outlets all over the place. Nice lighting.
During daytime the tram stop in front of the hotel is convenient. It brings you to Stettbach ior Walisellen station and from there to Zurich center or airport.
Hotel is located in very green area, bird songs in the morning. I had little balcony in my room and watched the trees every morning. The tram stop is one minute walk and goes directly to the airport as well.
Breakfast was heaven. They have very good coffee machine and you can have fresh coffee which you cant expect in a hotel.
Large rooms, with large frigo, a small kitchen corner, real blinds at the windows. Very clean room. I've had a small problem at the reception (magnetic key didn't work) but it was fixed by the contact I had to call, since the hotel has not a true. reception desk.
WiFi was perfect and there is a true table to work on
We arrived on 17 of september midday. The lady on the reception was great and helpful, and checked us in as soon as the room was available, so we had more time to enjoy the city before the concert we were going to.
The hotel has great location, and has everything that is needed.
The staff was exceptional. Especially Esther, she helped us a lot with a lot of things. Really had a great experience only because of the staff.
The hotel as a whole is just good. The location was nice and next to train station and a big mall.
The Staff.
How new & clean it was.
How secure the property felt
The garden at the entry to the hotel
Underground parking was easy to navigate and clean.
Access to laundry facilities.
Buy the City Pass for Zürich, since it includes SO MUCH!
The hotel is located near Glattzentrum and is very easy to reach the airport or city by train or tram. The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable and a nice and modern bathroom. Top value received for the price, thanks a lot!
I like the property, I went here 2nd time at Zurich. it’s closed to the station for tram and bus which very easy to visit any places or airport. the room is tiny but enough for opening 2 28” luggages at the same time.
The morning breakfast was awesome. Everybody ( staff) was very courteous . The Kitchen facility really exceeded our expectation.
WE keep on recommending the Hotel to all our friends.
Excellent
It was as a short walk to the apartment of family I was visiting as well as to the Wallisellen rail station and the Glatt shopping mall. Everything was spotlessly clean.
The bed is really comfortable, breakfast is good. The hotel is quite close to the station, something like 7 minutes on foot: you can get to Zurich HB in 20-25 minutes.
Staff was supportive, they guided us on how to commute around, get any essentials and the Hotel manager was very nice and very supportive to our requests.
