I like the location, the value for money , room clean and tidy although I did notice the top and bottom cleaning was a bit grubby .. but overall the room was clean .. I think very good value for the price paid and the pool and the general hotel and reception outstanding

We really enjoyed our stay. Although the hotel is a bit older and the rooms are not that fancy, it was clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast had a lot of vegan/vegetarian options which was awesome.

Paphos is a mix of culture, nature and history. It is filled with lots of museums and beautiful beaches in every corner. A great winter getaway.
A great winter getaway. The sun in February was warm enough to give us a tan and it felt much warmer than the official 17C. The coastal path goes on forever and is amazing. The buses are very frequent and can take you to different sections of the coastal path. Plan longer trips since a ride is 2 euros no matter what ;)

Walking along the shoreline is our favourite thing to do in...
Walking along the shoreline is our favourite thing to do in Paphos it’s perfect for everyone even wheelchair users would find it good ,there is still some building work going on but when it is completed it will be fabulous. Supermarkets, pubs and nightclubs not forgetting the mall, there is definitely something to do for everyone. even a quiet corner to read a book and have a Cyprus coffee.
Very nice house close to the sea, however we preferred the coral beach so went by car to the sea. There are small shops in walking distance. The house is very well equipped, you can find everthing you need! There is a big outside terrace, so children could go out and play. Very friendly and helpful owner. If you have a rental car, location is ideal to explore this beatiful area of Cyprus. Quiet neighbourhood, only the hotel makes some music in the evening but fortunately it stop at 11. Really recommend the accomodation, good value for price.
Location was good for the old town which was a short walk to good bars and restaurants. A thirty minute walk to the harbour or a short taxi ride. The rooms were a little dated but generally in good condition and everything worked fine. Bathroom was lacking space to store things but the shower was good. The staff were very helpful and called taxis for us when we needed one. Hotel pool was good so a friend tells me. Certainly looked ok. Not a hotel for children in my opinion. Little to do in the area to keep them amused.
The incredibly fast, helpful and efficient host. Excellent sized property. Good location. Good sized pool and pool area. Plenty of storage in the accomodation and the balcony and patio area were brilliant. The welcome pack was very welcome as we arrived late in the evening! All plugs in the apartment are UK plugs so no need for travel adapters. The central location means it's about a 20 minute walk to most areas, old town, harbour, beach, shops and restaurants etc. The WiFi was very good too.
The property is at a great location.
For those who do not need fancy accommodations- the flat is the best. It is clean and comfy. The flat holds everything a guest need to enjoy staying. Plus - it looks and feel brand new and the design is beautiful. Its placed right on the beach and close to every place that is recommended in Paphos - coffee places, malls, and the old town, which saves tons of money on transportation. Another great thing is Nic the taxi driver - great service.
Excellent location and distance to bus stop, Harbour, beaches (especially Venus beach and bus ride away from busier Coral Bay), old town market, shops, supermarket, and shopping centre. But mostly great staff, great pool and overall facilities. Purchased the half board option and the food in the hotel was absolutely excellent. Would not hesitate recommending the hotel to others or visiting again.
The place is beautiful. A slice of paradise. The food and the ambiance is perfect. The room was huge (fisherman's terrace). Antonis in the main restaurant is an absolute credit to the hotel and quite possibly the best member of staff there. He's so smiley, happy and seems to thoroughly enjoy his job. The beds are some of the comfiest I've ever slept on. The room was huge, lots of space.
View is amazing from the room. Nice little balcony.
Concierge in lobby was helpful and nice with renting the electric scooters outside of the hotel.
The area is very nice with lots of shops, restaurants and places were you can book trips in cyprus for cheap prices that are shown outside the stores.I booked trough Viator, In retrospect it was a mistake.
Enchanting hotel with so much character, charm and history that really excentuates the authenticity of Paphos’ old town. The location is great, just minutes walk away from the best bars, restaurants and shops. The staff here are also so lovely, making our stay an outstanding experience overall. Would recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area.
Entertainment team do well, kids dance and evening shows are so great, food quality and availability throughout the day, coffee quality, lobby music and atmosphere, French bowls, pool size, giant outside area with lots of sunbeds and umbrellas, overall nice and cozy view. One of the best 4-star hotels we've been to. Keep up the good work!
It was excellent Hotel, one of the best I've been at.
There are couple of drawbacks:
1) The location, there are no public transport in the area, but we mainly stayed at the facility so it wasn't a big deal.
2) the beach that next to the hotel, not convinient, we had to take 10m walk to get to the next one with sand
This hotel is the best I have visited, everything was perfect: the setting, the food, the calm as well as the very welcoming and helpful staff. There is everything you need in the rooms, the nice ladies came to my door every day to ask me if I was missing something. The 5 stars are totally deserved :)
HI Michael, you and your father have made our vacation unforgettable! We will definitely come back to Cyprus and stay with you guys. Breakfast was delicious, hotel infrastructure is awesome, amazing see view... we loved everything.
Best regards,
Mariana & Philipp
ps: Thanks for the beach towels :)
This hotel is very traditional and located in the old town. The room was lovely and we had an evening meal that was outstanding and excellent valve for money. Could not believe the breakfast basically all you can eat included in the price. The staff could not be more helpful and pleasant. Great stay.
The breakfast and dinner were the best compared to the other hotels we visited during our stay in Cyprus. The evening program every day was also pleasant. The staff really tried and met all our requirements. The view from the pool was exceptional.
A little tired first line hotel with perfect customer's care. Good breakfast with sparkling wine on Sunday's, clean and cozy rooms and amazing personnel. Good spa zone with sauna and steam for relaxing mood in Cyprus middle-season.
Forget about 5 star hotels in Cyprus! These guys set the bar high!! Hands down one of our best experiences with accommodation abroad. Sam and Alex are incredible hosts. You will not regret booking this location, guaranteed.
It was perfect. We stayed over Christmas with our 2 year old and the staff did everything within their power to make it magical. Lovely hotel, clean, staff amazing, food lovely and the all inclusive drinks were lovely!
