He booked us a bus and saved us 12 hours of waiting at the airport. He guided and explained everything that was not clear to us. Exceptional room service. The cleanliness of the room is perfect. Anna ( ANUTA) went out of her way to change the sheets when we didn't ask because she thought otherwise. We had a perfect stay!

Location! Great being right next to the main pedestrian street of Carlsbad. Room was spacious, with nice view over the roof tops. Breakfast was fine, but not so very wide variety of foods. Hotel's own parking is just a couple of cars, so if you don't book in advance you don't get any space, but in this case they can offer to park the car on the nearly parking (for a fee), just 100-150m away so worked out fine.
