Very quiet and calming experience to be in the imperial resort, staff are fabulous especially Kareem, the facilities in the hotel are very good, like the swimming pools and the gym. Food very delicious especially the Egyptian cuisine.

breakfast was really good, staff was very friendly but the room was not up to the expectations, not value for money ! for me it was very high value of money I expected to see the room to be in a good shape it was not a clean as I expected the window was in a bad condition, I kept asking for the extra bed for 3 hours, they brought it very late
