We booked an all inclusive stay deluxe swim up room through booking for our honey moon, however we were given the chance to upgrade to their signature suite so we did that. The room is extremely clean, very spacious, has all the amenities one could need and was decorated upon our arrival to put us in the honeymoon mood. We were very happy with how "Sameh" from house keeping kept the room in shape every day. He listened carefully to our needs and executed them in a way that showed he truly cared to make our stay as comforting as possible. We had the honeymoon package as well so we were sent a very nice cake and a basket of fruits as a complimentary service from the hotel. The signature suite has its own mini private pool, and it was maintained multiple times every day by "Karim", who also went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with it and satisfied and whenever we had a concern he would quickly address it. He was truly a hard working, friendly and very respectful person. He also worked the main pool and I have seen him give it the exact level of dedication he gave the private ones. The hotel itself has a variety of a la carte restaurants representing different cuisines (Lebanese, Indian, Asian, Italian & Seafood) which need a reservation beforehand, as well as the main buffet restaurant which is themed every dinner. The food in the A la carte was nice, and the staff working in each restaurant was very friendly. The breakfast in the main restaurant was varied, on point and everything was fresh. There's also the central bar near the main restaurant at which we were regularly served by Mostafa and Mohamed during daytime snacks and night time shows, who both also did an excellent job especially Mostafa who was really friendly, always smiling and catered to our needs with most care, going above and beyond to the point where he spontaneously sent us special cocktails that were excellent and made us feel taken care of.

Staff is so friendly. Many thank for Mr Islam and Mr Mohammed in front office. Mr mahmoud in lobby bar. It’s really great to see always the assistant general manager of hotel in and always asking guests about their experience with hotel. Animation team not so bad. Pool bar staff are amazing specially abdo. Beshoy and his friends in games center they are fantastic guys. Many thanks for Ms Reem in lobby bar for her service. The staff are really helpful and friendly especially Mr Eslam at front desk he was available 24/7 on whatsapp and helped getting everything done perfectly anytime of the day. The food is good not excellent it just needs more variation and more trained chefs to adjust the taste better. The aqua park and pools are awesome and the guards are so attentive so this is a huge plus. Everyone was so helpful to ensure our stay goes perfectly and it was really good thank you all and it definitely won’t be our last visit.
