The staff really did go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable but also to make us feel extra special even with our little dog who got her own bed and bowl and a little welcome gift. Hostel is located in quiet place and public transport for center of the Madrid is nearby (45 minutes ride to the center). We would recommend this place!
