Lovely surroundings, very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Spacious, comfortable bedrooms. Terrace very relaxing and pretty in the evening sun. Menu sufficiently varied with tasty and reasonably priced meals. Great choice for breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

I stay outside Worcester but don't come from area.
Some places can be expensive, too expensive. Takes time to find what is reasonable priced.
Lot of roadworks, traffic diversions - very annoying and could understand people not visiting or staying long because of this.
Lot of cafes, but almost all closed for business by early afternoon - bit of wilderness for such cafes in afternoon/evening.

I spent 1 night and 1 day here with a specific itinerary - the historic ghost walk, the cathedral, Greyfriars, Tudor museum.
Worcester is very easy to travel to by train and car and to get around. There are some fantastic historic buildings, cafes and pubs. I stayed at Browns at the Quay and ate there. I also had a delicious afternoon tea at G&Tea. A very enjoyable stay - will be back soon to see some other things!

A beautiful little city, not as touristy as York or Chester but along those lines. Getting off the train at Worcester Foregate Station (handy for day trips to Gloucester, Great Malvern and Hereford) and you're straight into the middle of town, loads of shops and restaurants, excellent museum, heavenly cathedral, Friar street, a lovely medieval road, includes the Tudor house museum. There is also a Royal Worcester pottery museum which is excellent....recommended. NOTE: A few Worcester attractions are closed Mon & Tue....need to check !!
Staff were very helpful, friendly and polite and nothing was too much trouble.
Food was great and good value for money.
Beer garden was the best I have seen. There was plenty of tables outside and also a covered area that had heaters. There was a brilliant area for children to play in that is safe and secure.
The level of cleanliness is exceptional.
We had our dog and the location was perfect with great walks nearby.
We are travelling from Scotland to Torquay and this was a fabulous hotel to break the journey. A great start to our holiday.
great location room was superb, loved the walk-in shower very clean great pub friendly staff close to good restaurants
(The Olive Branch, Cotes) Slap bang in the middle of the high street with a good range of shops and the Cathederal which is well worth a viewing, Very comfortable beds, larger tha average TV, AIR CONDITIONED room with twin windows and our room had ensuite shower plus window. Your room key allows entrance to the hotel at all times, and of course Weatherspoons offer exceptional value for money together with interesting hotels
The hotel is really a pub with a few rooms (3 or 4). However it is very handy for the centre Worcester, the staff are helpful and friendly, and the room was very comfortable.
The included breakfast was a small suitcase of food and utensils for two (full breakfast is available downstairs for extra, but we did not try it). The croissants were a bit limp - I'd have preferred a crisp roll, butter and jam.
We also had dinner in the pub one evening - excellent beer, and a great pie and mash.
This place is amazing, great location a stone's throw from the centre of Worcester in a lovely area with underground parking! The apartment itself is great, modern and exceptionally clean, 2 bedrooms, good kitchen, all the things you could ever need and more. Owners really go above and beyond with butter, bagels, milk and a nice little drink left waiting for you in the fridge. Wouldn't book a hotel in this area again, this will be my go to when on business in this area from now on.
The property was just like the pictures described, it was clean, easy to access and the property management company always responded to emails fast. Another huge plus being in City Centre you're within blocks of a lot of good restaurants, the Worcester Foregate station is within a block of the flat. All utilities worked well. While we stayed there all guests were extremely quiet, it felt like we had the place to ourselves. I'm sure when we visit again, I'll try and book here.
Great hotel for our needs - we went to the races and the location was perfect - the price we paid reflected the hotel/pub and we had no complaints. The breakfast was lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed in room 3 which was a very large room, overlooking the river with 3 very large windows that gave us a 180 degree view.
I don't think you will get better value for money than this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean and everyone at the hotel is helpful and friendly. The food served in the pub and at breakfast is very good and you are on top of Worcester city centre with other local entertainment facilities are on your doorstep.
Generally I liked this hotel. We had a twin room and a double for 1. Both rooms were a good size and had great showers (the best I can recall in a hotel). The rooms were a good size and comfortable. The hotel was well positioned for Worcester town centre and access to the pubs, bars and cafes - and cathedral.
Hotel is located very close to the station and is in a good position to explore Worcester. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel looked after our luggage as we had arrived early and this enabled us to explore.
I liked the location of the hotel (Very handy) and it was pleasant to stay in such an historic Inn. By a happy accident, there was also an article in Worcester News when I as there on the history of the Crown Hotel.
It's a lovely hotel in a great setting, just outside Worcester.
all the staff were very nice and helpful.
the spa facilities were great
the restaurant food was excellent.
Breakfast and dinner quality are exceptional. The staff are all extremely helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is another reason why we are back again.
