we had an excellent stay with our group of 5 friends. We stayed in the villa on the resort which is completely renovated. It was very clean, every bedroom has its own bathroom and we had a big living room and kitchen with a private pool and we had our own parking place. We stayed with 5 but you could easily stay here with 8-10 people as it was so big. We also could see the sea from our Villa. Everything looked beautiful and the staff are all so very kind and helpful. The place is owned by a very sweet family that provides excellent service. The breakfast was good and dinner was amazing. We did not find better food on the island so we had dinner at the restaurant on all evenings. Excellent well priced menu with daily specials and great wine and the setting is great and romantic with stunning sea views. During our time in Zakynthos we did not have great weather which would normally impact our holiday a lot but because we stayed here we still had an excellent time. Thanks so much!

Great place for vacation with very kind staff. It was a pleasure spending our vacation at that property. The house was very nice and cosy with a nice terrace. You can park inside the property which is very convenient, overall it's a highly recommended property. Thanks for a pleasant stay we have.

A great location - quiet but not too far from the town centre. Good breakfast and friendly staff willing to help out with questions and queries. Shuttle van was a great service if you wanted it to take you to town for shopping etc.
Great area with many sandy beaches nearby. Quiet area away from the crowds but close enough to restaurants and stores. We self catered for most of our stay but also had great traditional food at local restaurants.
Easy to get around on foot but we would recommend a car rental to see the island.

At budget price, one cannot ask for more: kind hosts, nice pool, good air conditioning, fresh comfortable cotton bed sheets. Comfy beds. Excellent Lofos Restaurant nearby (1.5km, try their mixed souvlaki and stifado). Shadowy parking lot.
If you want to get to the best places is Zakyntos (I mean Porto Roxa, Xigia, Agios Nikolaos, Zakyntos, do not go to Laganas) you need a car and a 20-40 min drive, but driving is safe and easy (compared to Italy), and there is no traffic in early July.
