We were only there for a single day, as we had a flight to take in the morning. The apartment is located in a nice place with a view of the city along with its coastline. We really liked their garden with different kind of vegetables and fruits in it.

I stayed here for 7 days in August 2023 with my two children, sister, brother in law and mum - age range from 5 years old to 65 years old. Gordon met us on arrival (a lovely friendly welcoming guy), our check in time wasn't till 3pm, however we arrived early and Gordon met us around 1pm, happy to let us in early to our top floor apartment, he showed us around the villa, showing us how to work the aircon, kitchen appliances etc.
Zadar airport to the Villa was around 5 mins in a taxi.
The apartment was gorgeous, lovely and modern with super high ceilings, and what looked like a brand new kitchen too. The aircon worked perfectly especially in the bedrooms not so much in the main living room/kitchen but as it is all open planned I don't think that can be helped. The pool was a good size, perfect for a few lengths to work off all the food and alcohol we consumed the night before. We had a lovely bunch of young lads staying in the villa below us (the middle floor) they were very respectful and my two children had a good time playing in the pool with them. Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas, also two separate areas to chill out in the shade with tables.
We found the most gorgeous stone baked pizza just a 5min walk to the left of the villa off the main road called 'Cafe Timon' we ate here a couple of times, the owners were lovely and remembered our faces even after our first visit. A pint was around 5 euro and a litre bottle of homemade white wine was around 9 euro, which tasted amazing.
Uber taxi's are super cheap, I couldn't believe how cheap they were, a 20 mins journey to a friends hotel, cost me less than 9 euro. From the villa to the old town, which all 7 of us got most nights for our evening meal, all in one taxi again cost less than 9 euro.
