There was a communication problem. I received confirmation for early check-in, but upon arrival, they charged me. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Mr Ahmad Alkhateeb. He made us feel comfortable and was always ready to help. The hotel is also new or recently refurbished, but the maintenance team and the Housekeeping team do an excellent job.
