The breakfast dishes were variables. Taste delicious. The chefs personally treated the guests that make us feel at home. The lady chef was very friendly and soft spoken.

There was a communication problem. I received confirmation for early check-in, but upon arrival, they charged me. I believe this was unprofessional, as the communication was difficult to understand and explain. To ensure good service, it is important to fulfill promises made to customers. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Mr Ahmad Alkhateeb. He made us feel comfortable and was always ready to help. The hotel is also new or recently refurbished, but the maintenance team and the Housekeeping team do an excellent job.
