Very friendly and helpful staff, all needed information is available in English. Important to know, how to enter the hotel after 10pm. The room was even bigger than expected with comfortable twin beds and modern advanced lights. The air conditioner doesn't make noise. For breakfast it was stated that they provide light snacks, in fact it was normal Japanese breakfast with soup, rice, eggs,, chicken etc. Location is good, you can walk from the station about 10 minutes, but the hotel is a few meters off the main road in a small quiet street.
The location is perfect, near the station we got to see the castle on the way, and there's a convenience store across the street which was great, I didn't book breakfast at the hotel so it was nice to get something there. Check in was a quick and easy process, and my friend and I had adjacent rooms.
The rooms were very clean and each has a mini fridge.
The shower was easy to use, and the anti bacterial/ deodorant spray for clothes was a nice detail.
This is a typical Dormy Inn with a wonderful onsen, great amenities, friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised with how quiet my room was, and caught up on lost sleep. I left feeling so relaxed and ready to get back to work. I went to the Onsen two or three times a day and it was never busy. I love the fact that it’s close to my favorite vegan restaurant and lots of other places. Added bonus – – you can see Mount Fuji from the rooftop onsen.
Very good breakfast. The staff is very friendly. The clerk in the parking lot helped me secure my bicycle. Smooth check it. Spa seems nice, although I didn't use it. Laundry facilities are clean and a welcome extra. Nothing I have to complain about, really. The hotel is quite modern and in good condition. Well kept and clean. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks a lot.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The tatami room was so comfortable and we loved it.
Great location and good to have car parks available in front of the hotel. We all liked the Japanese-style breakfast but it would be great if there was toast available as well.
Overall we loved our stay and we would come back again.
big rooms !! really big !! twice as big as normal Japan hotel room !! we like it!! Onsen got ample bathing space !! good indoor outdoor pool !! ample parking space and free . many restaurants options if you are driving . yakiniku at Sadoya is 5 stars !! gelato and sweets at Elmo near Castle is 5 stars !!
It is the cheapest place in the area, so it's quite nice if you're on a budget. It's not far from Kofu station and most of the night life. There is a place to get coffee and water for free, as well as a microwave. They gave new towels outside your room every morning which was nice.
It was a fine place to stay within walking distance of most things. The layout was good and it was a comfortable stay. It could do with a little love and cleaning but it is understandable with the whole covid situation. I would probably stay again if I find myself in kofu.
The size of the room is enough for a solo traveler.
The room is clean and basic needs for travel are complete (toiletries, blower, Electric water boiler).
Staff is accommodating.
Near the convenience store.
Walking distance from the train station.
Super nuce hotel in kofu. Love the rooms, staff are friendly and professional and breakfast was delicious. Hotel are near from kofu station station which is a bonus I’d recommend this. We will stay again at this hotel.
Exactly what I look for in a budget hotel. A bit outdated interior and worn for sure, but clean and even has a free, filling Japanese breakfast. Great location, and the staff were so friendly.
The location mostly. It's 5-7minute walk to the Kofu Station. Also, some small self businesses around the area, within walking distance. The lobby is well presented and well taken care of.
