We liked everything about the property! The host, Marie, was so friendly & helpful … looked after us really well. The rooms were lovely & clean … at a much better standard than we’ve seen elsewhere in Cambodia! The swimming pool area and restaurant were beautifully done.

The view was beautiful. Sunset, ocean and mountain ⛱️ 🌄 🌇
Punchbag for training is a nice touch.
I loved the wicker beach design in the room, real late 1980s.
Staff(pretty dark haired woman)here was the only person who asked me each day how I was. Good to have follow up and show customer care.
I look forward to seeing this place in a year or two as I can see it's going to be very special

This place is a little slice of heaven! Good sized bungalows set amongst a fabulous lush garden. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool is clean and refreshing.
Location is very close to the crab market and national park. However getting around Kep, regardless of where you stay might need a bike or tuk tuk.
I will be back again!

It's a very quiet town , the sea food is some of the best I've ever had and very cheap for what it is.
It's not party town so if you want to go for that stick to Thailand.

I loved Kep. We stayed here for 2 days, 1 night. Went to the beach, enjoyed crab at the local restaurants and explored the national park. Kep is a beautiful little seaside village with lots to do. You could easily stay longer than we did.

Quiet little town with no real center.
Quiet little town with no real center. Better staying in the area of the crab market as there is absolutely nothing on the side of the jetty where you take the boat to go to rabbit island.
New restaurant right on the beach "the wave" is really really nice.
It is great to walk in the national park and definitely to spend a day or 2 on Rabbit island. Avoid the "Butterfly farm" as there were NO butterflies at least when we went there.

Kep has always been our go to place for the coast in Cambodia. Nice breezes, adequate beach, sailing when I am up for it.
The Nature preserve up the hill, the pepper plantations and salts flats worth visiting.
The crab is always great and fish as well. Dining on the water and watching the crab fishermen come and go is a great break from Phnom Penh.
As an experience we recommend trying the train from Phnom Penh to Kep at least once. You get to see a lot more of the country side than on the bus.

Of all the cities and villages we went to in Cambodia, Kep...
Of all the cities and villages we went to in Cambodia, Kep was definitely one of our favourites. It was very quiet when we were there (Tuesday thru Saturday), we heard it gets busier on the weekends but can’t really say for sure. It was easy to walk around, there’s a large and beautiful national park that starts in town, the bay, just so many lovely things. Visit the crab market and then go eat. Aim to be at one of the restaurant patios for sunset and crab dinner, freshly caught.
Sabbay Kep is a leafy and lush oasis in a prime part of Kep - 200m from the Crab Market and some fantastic restaurants, and opposite the sea which delivers a daily sunset show and cooling breezes. The bungalows are clean, bright and comfortable with 4-poster beds and super firm mattresses and the pool area is one of the best. As are the staff headed by Frederic, the entertaining and engaging owner who engages with the guests and ensures everyone enjoys this beautiful part of Cambodia. It’s a very laid back and chill place to stay.
This hotel was so nice and peaceful to stay in. We ended up for two days mostly being at the pool but the first night we had dinner at the hotel restaurant. We had crab curry and salad. Really delightful and prepared so well. The swimming pool had to be the highlight of the trip really so we spent the most time just enjoying the pool, with cold beverages or just swimming. The walk to the beach is quite easy so we walked the final day to the beach and then walked down a bit.
Mountain + ocean views from the restaurant upstairs. Just 4 min scooter ride from middle of Kep which was nice to have less noise. Very reasonable priced rooms, clean and calm, delicious food available.
It’s a wholesome feeling place; family run and they have an old dog that will lovingly welcome a head scratch, if you don’t mind he’s a bit scruffy. I think his name is Lucky. <3
Would recommend an air conditioned room over non air con.
The hotel is well located. Room is large, we had a seaview room, balcony overlooking Kep beach. (Beware of monkeys though, don’t leave anything out!) Godfrey and his staff were wonderful and very helpful. The pool is great, you can sit in the water and watch the world go by on the street below. Breakfast was nice, expect it to be even better as they are revamping the menu as well as doing renovations and improvements.
Beautiful quiet place for chill and relax in the middle of the nature.
Comfortable bed and great size room.
Friendly staff, available for any questions. Outdoor areas well maintained from the staff on a daily basis.
Clean Swimming pool available at any time. Private Hammock just outdoor the bungalow.
Cambodian jam used for the French breakfast is quite delicious and unique flavour.
Very chilled spot in Kep. The house is surrounded by fruit trees whitch make a nice microclimate. We stayed here twice! We just had to come back for the best food and the welcoming and relaxing athmosphere. There is a dojo where you can work out or make yoga! We can absolutely recomend this place! Thanks to everyone we met at the jungle house for this experience!
the staff are exceptional, so friendly and will do anything to make your stay special. breakfast was absolutely fabulous, one of the best we have had, so much selection. it is a stunning resort, set on the outskirts of the National park. beautiful pools and also close enough to the crab market and beach. thank you!!
We loved everything! It has been the most relaxing stay during our time in Cambodia. The pool is refreshing, there is shade nearby should you want it and the food is delicious. We can't sing Jérôme's (general manager/chef) praises enough! He went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay.
This is one of my favourite hotels in Kep and not just because it's across from Kep Beach: the French owner - a charming and hospitable lady - looks after her guests, as do her staff, and in particular, the great chef, who is doing a French menu now! I look forward to my return.
The location, the room, the staff were great. If I was coming back to Kep, but this is where I would stay. my friend stayed at a much more expensive place but it was only half as nice as this. I felt absolutely welcome to and taken care of. Highly recommended.
The new hotel in Kep offers fresh and cozy rooms in a good location near the city center. The owner is friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are definitely worth the money, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
Superb hotel located near Kep National Park and from walking distance of the crab market and Kep Town.
We loved the food and waking in the middle of the jungle, opening the curtains and seeing the view overlooking the ocean.
Beautiful hotel. Loved the rooms and surroundings. The restaurant food and service was extremely good but also friendly. Would recommend a stay here and worth coming to Kep to experience.
