Staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, nothing is too much hassle. They are both professional and friendly. We had some problems with our room(s) but they always accepted responsibility and came up with a solution as quickly as possible, plus offering complimentary drinks/breakfasts to compensate, which we found to be fairly generous. The outside spaces are a great addition, particularly the soft seating/beds and the pool area is well maintained and clean. Lots of well kept plants and greenery. Rooms are nicely decorated with murals of Angkor Wat. The benches are a great addition for big luggage and keeping things off the floor. They can arrange services for visiting the Angkor Wat (private TukTuk/taxi/minivan +/- a tour guide), as well as recommending a company for group tours. We did both of these and were happy with them. Cold wet towels were provided sometimes on returning to the hotel in the day which were great - would be great if they always did this. Location is excellent for either walking or taking TukTuks around Siem Reap. It is deceptively quiet on the lower floors despite the proximity to Pub Street. Despite the problems we had our overall experience has been good, carried by the positivity and helpfulness of the staff 😁

Lovely big rooms with an amazing bed! Lovely balcony with a bath! Pool was great! Bar was great! Location was a 4 minute tuk tuk to the centre. We loved it!
