The hotel is located quite far from the city centre. But there is a bus station right at the door and all public transport is free, so it wasn't a problem. The breakfast was nice and full with various classical things, including good cheese. Location is very quiet. Hotel is nearly in the forest, with birds singing everywhere.

This a quite commuter village, Very little tourist facilities, a few restaurants/takeaways locally only locals bars. The Dolci Vita Italy restaurant is very good (not a pizza restaurant) opposite the railway station. The next station up (away from Luxembourg) has a Portuguese restaurant opposite the station which is recommended.
There are several walks starting out from the station (various lengths) into the surrounding country side, may be worth a try. There a good views from the hills around the village.
