The bathroom is in need of a thorough cleaning. Toilet bowl especially needs a good scrubbing. Not up to par. There was no water supply in the hotel on Sunday until later in the day. Requested for room with facilities for disabled person, not available. Facilities for disabled person are crucial especially in the bathroom to prevent fall.

Actually I was surprised by the number of things tourist can do here in Muar. There is a river cruise as well as a sunset lookout point. Then, there are also the old buildings around the town. To add, this is also a food haven town with many great places to try and local dishes are a must. Traffic in Muar can be hectic at times with the traffic lights can be a bit confusing as to whether the right lane turns right or to go straight, and the left lane turns left or to go straight. There are many many cars on the roads during peak hours but not much delay experienced. It was a really short trip so didn't had a chance to seek out its shopping scene.FahmySMalaysia - 10Scored 10

Muar is a very clean town. I really admire that. my friends and I was there on a Saturday so most of the shops are closed. You will find alot of activities to do in Muar. Tonnes of superb food, just search for it.

Bring your own iron as hotel iron was at common area and its already stuck at the wall. One cannot dismantle it n bring to your room for ironing 2. Lighting jn room and bathroom were so dim. Muar is a quiet and an old town famous for its fishing and ancient trading. The river view is serene. Eateries are all around and you can choose according to your budget, There's a night bazaar also where they sell local stuff. People are friendly. Getting around is easy thanks to online taxi services or you could simply walk around to explore the city as the city is clean and have a fine weather.
