Everything. From location, to the amenities, to the view. Cannot fault this lovely hotel. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Close to all restaurants in tromso and easy to find free street parking. We even got a free room upgrade which was a really nice treat. Super quiet and very spacious rooms

Breakfast was amazing, beyond expectation, prime location, bus stop right in front of the hotel. Enough space for the 4 of us in family room, toilet also spacious. Hotel staff was very kind to let our kids rest on the lobby sofa while waiting for our cruise even after we checked out.

Great value with amazing meals included. Rooms were clean, staff were super helpful, and water was always available downstairs. (I think some other stuff was available too but I personally just needed the water)
