We booked a 1 bedroom apartment and loved arriving to a beautiful warm room with the heaters turned on ready for our arrival. The room had everything needed, washing machine and dryer and also an actual oven. I was also impressed with the bathroom products supporting kids charities and the condiments were fair trade. The location is so convenient to everything in the CBD also surprisingly quiet for the city. The staff were awesome and very helpful with our carpark situation as well. Will be our go to when we are in Poneke for sure

We were upgraded from a one bedroom apartment to a two bedroom apartment at no extra cost - which was good - and the rooms have all the facilities you would expect. Easy parking.
