The rooms look as the pictures, but this is not in a hotel. It’s in a run down block of apartments, lots of broken windows and building materials left around. Not clean and tidy, was travelling with small children and did not feel safe.

Its a very clean place and easy to access. 5 Minutes taxi ride (get the Grab app to pay only 100 peso compared to 700 peso from taxi offers with fix rate at airport) The host and his family are also very friendly and give the needed information to checkin without asking.
