Arrival at the hotel was excellent, a warm welcome from guest experience manager Manel. Check in was smooth, front desk staff friendly and professional.
As it was our first time at the resort, Manel gave us a quick walkthrough and introduced us to the facilities, this was very much appreciated.
The rooms are beautiful, also the rest of the facilities are well kept and spotless, both the indoor as well as the outdoor pool areas deserve a special mention.
We had dinner at the creek and at blu seafood restaurant, both were excellent, as was the service during dinner.

I highly advise not bring anything valuable to Le Palace, Unfortunately I have been subject to theft. The hotel Maintenance deliberately turns off the air compressor regularly and leaves their residents soaking in their sweat. Breakfast is more like refugee food in the 19th century. Unless you have been stranded on a deserted island, living on grass, worms and sea weed , no normal human being could eat their food.

If you want to know how it feels when you are on the northern edge point of the African continent, then visit Gammarth and Le Palace Hotel in particular!
Gammarth is an excellent tourist site of Tunis city in Tunisia, very easy to access and transportation to this place is readily available throughout the city. I was in the company of my family of four and only spent USD 20 to get to the hotel from the airport by taxi.
As a family, we enjoyed swimming and strolling along the beautiful beach and also visiting the beautiful sites along the Mediterranean Sea.
The house is peaceful and tastefully decorated. Anne and her husband were extremely attentive and generous with us. Anne speaks with great passion about Tunisia and she shared valuable and precious tips and stories with us.
Thank you for your beautiful kindness Anne! See you soon!
The staff was professional and always ready to assist, they reflect a big know how which makes difference in chosing a place to stay, I look forward for my next check in at Ramada Plaza gammarth.
Note WiFi is free and signal is strong in all areas.
The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location. Breakfast buffet selection is vast and delicious, as you should expect at a Four Seasons. Food at the other restaurants (The Creek and Blu) was excellent with a good selection of wine and cocktails.
Staff are very rude, they are not helpful, they charge us for water bottles which are complementary, we asked for iron they said we don't have, the reception light and the entrance light inside the hotel always off .
The superior double room is modern and very comfy. The double bed has a size of 200 cm square, it's beautiful. The hotel is very beautiful in general for Tunisian standards. The location is quite during weekdays.
The staff were friendly & some werent tbh, check-in was easy, the room was spacious and well equiped
The Wifi was good, bed was very comfortable, the room was as expected, I had a good view on the swimming pool.
Pool is great. And staff in restaurant is incredible. We arrived at the end of breakfast when it was being packed up and they went out of their way to make sure we were able to eat.
The design of the hotel is nice and authentic, staff are great and attentive…
Breakfast has good varieties,,,
Our Room was spacious and outlooks a big garden, which we loved…
