Lovely views and clean room, this place has great potential but is unfortunately overpriced for what you're getting. Featuring poor communication via whatsapp with hosts. Nowhere decent nearby to have dinner. No wifi in the room. No signal either. Worst DSTV package that is available. Magazines in the room from 2017 and beyond. Eating area's tables are dusty and covered in gecko poop. Bar area used as storage. Fire place non functional. Pool is nice, but jacuzzi empty. Garden is overgrown.

The village of Camperdown in not much to write home about, but it is in a magnificent setting with deeply incised valeys and sandstone cliffs. The vegetation and birdlife in these valleys can be fantastic, especially at this time of year (late July) when the aloes are in bloom.

It's quiet and peaceful space to be, the room was big enough for us,,, but they need to arrange the romote control for the gate its feels so uncomfortable to call every time you want to go out, and the swimming pool does not fit all year
