Staff response and reactivity was really appreciated during my stay. They tried their best to respond to my requests even when it was difficult to do.

This luxurious hotel offers free parking and is just 2 km from Dubai International Airport. It is close to Dubai Creek and the Festival Marina. The reception staff is very helpful. We requested early check-in and our 1 room studio was not ready yet, so they gave us a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment is very beautiful and well decorated. There is a grocery in the property as well.
