Our room was a 150 M family suite with a beautiful balcony and views of Burj Al Arab Breakfast was also very high end with a wide selection and very effectively organized considering COVID-19

I arrived at 1am on 17 April after the heavy rain hit Dubai. The taxi queue at the airport was endless and hardly moving. The property manager Muhammed Sahood reached out and offered to pick me up. It took him almost 2 hours to get to the airport due to many road closures. He then took me to the apartment and checked me in at 5am! Muhammed showed me incredible kindness during an extremely challenging time, without asking anything in return! I hope his boss reads this message and reward him accordingly.
