Alvear Icon Hotel is a 32-floor modern building with great panoramic views of the city and the river, located on the banks of the Río de la Plata in Puerto Madero, the newest and highly developed... We were surprised with the work and the help that Francisco, the concierge, gave us during our stay at the hotel. He recommended places to visit, gave us tips on how to get around the city in the best way and even got us very good tickets to a night show. Without a doubt, the hotel and its help were essential for our excellent experience in Buenos Aires.

I would like to give a special shout out to Americo and Robert for having exceptional customer service. Tbe whole staff was super friendly. But these two gentlemen stuck put above the crowd.
