Really nice and charming hotel, very clean, parking available, the room is small but fine, has everything what you need.

Obiteljski vođen hotel Alter Telegraf nalazi se na podnožju brda Schlossberg, na oko 10 minuta hoda od Starog grada u Grazu. Hotelski restoran specijaliziran je u prženu piletinu i piletinu sa žara. Sve je bilo super. Apartman u kojem smo odsjele je bio jako velik, švedski stol za doručak koji je bio vrlo dobar. Lokacija izvanredna, do samog centra pjeske ima oko 10-15 min. Za pušače ima balkon na prvom katu.

Lokacija je odlična, sve je u blizini, a do centra ima nekih 15ak minuta pješke. Parking je u podzemnoj garaži i čak nije skup s obzirom na druge cijene. Cijeli objekt ima sve što vam je potrebno za kratkoročni ili dugoročni boravak. Sve je čisto i novo, svaki detalj apartmana je pomno smišljen, a prostor odlično iskorišten. Svakako bismo došli opet i svima preporučili objekt i drage domaćine.

It is equipped with anything you might need for a short or longer stay (even 2 coffee machines). The beds were very comfy. The location is perfect when visiting the LKH or MedUni. Located in Graz, near Graz Clock Tower and Graz Town Hall, Pleasant City Apartment is a recently renovated property, featuring, a garden and tennis court. This is a well appointed and recently renovated apartment in a nice upper middle class neighborhood of Graz. It includes everything one could need for a longer term stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to a new washer. Everything was very clean and tidy. The apartment has lots of windows so it gets plenty of natural light and overlooks the green courtyard of a nearby school. The building itself has a live-in superintendent and a common use garden for residents’ use. There are many trees and one wakes up to the sound of singing birds, which I really liked. Schlossberg and the Stadtpark are an easy stroll away and Graz Innerstadt with museums and restaurants is a pleasant 15-minute walk through the green area. It is very safe and beautiful in this part of Graz, which itself is a safe and peaceful place with many parks and an interesting culinary scene. Milena and Martin were both super kind hosts and always immediately available for any requests. I was in Graz for two months doing research at the university and loved my stay here!

**Modernes Apartment in zentraler Lage** is set in the Geidorf district of Graz, 1.7 km from Graz Town Hall, 1.7 km from Cathedral and Mausoleum and 2.3 km from Graz Opera House. I really enjoyed my stay in this newly renovated apartment. It was very clean, everything was brand new and there was everything I needed. The apartment also has a nice balcony with a view of the greenery. The location is also very good, about 10 minutes walk to the city center. With a bike that I borrowed, it was even much less. Host Julia was also very helpful and nice. My final note is definitely 10 out of 10.

In the Geidorf district of Graz, close to Graz Town Hall, ARTLIVING Apartment-Top 3 Self check-in features a tennis court and a washing machine. Stan je izuzetno prostran, kreveti su udobni, kuhinja je imala sav potreban pribor, bila je i perilica suđa ali i perilica rublja. Lokacija stana je izvrsna, do centra je je potrebno cca 20 min lagane šetnje. Na par minuta nalazi se stanica javnog prijevoza. Parking je u dvorištu i lako se uparkira i na par koraka od ulaza u stan. Self Check In je odlično funkcionirao.
