The city center is only ten minutes walking. Parking possibility is only 100 m from the apartman in a closed parking house.

The host was very helpful when solving an unexpected issue. I definitely recommend.

This is a well appointed and recently renovated apartment in a nice upper middle class neighborhood of Graz. It includes everything one could need for a longer term stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to a new washer. Everything was very clean and tidy. The apartment has lots of windows so it gets plenty of natural light and overlooks the green courtyard of a nearby school. The building itself has a live-in superintendent and a common use garden for residents’ use. There are many trees and one wakes up to the sound of singing birds, which I really liked. Schlossberg and the Stadtpark are an easy stroll away and Graz Innerstadt with museums and restaurants is a pleasant 15-minute walk through the green area. It is very safe and beautiful in this part of Graz, which itself is a safe and peaceful place with many parks and an interesting culinary scene. Milena and Martin were both super kind hosts and always immediately available for any requests. I was in Graz for two months doing research at the university and loved my stay here!

**Modernes Apartment in zentraler Lage**, Graz'ın Geidorf bölgesinde, Graz Belediye Binası'na 1,7 km, Katedral ve Mozole'ye 1,7 km ve Graz Opera Binası'na 2,3 km uzaklıkta yer almaktadır. I really enjoyed my stay in this newly renovated apartment. It was very clean, everything was brand new and there was everything I needed. The apartment also has a nice balcony with a view of the greenery. The location is also very good, about 10 minutes walk to the city center. With a bike that I borrowed, it was even much less. Host Julia was also very helpful and nice. My final note is definitely 10 out of 10.

In the Geidorf district of Graz, close to Graz Town Hall, ARTLIVING Apartment-Top 3 Self check-in features a tennis court and a washing machine. Perfect stay if you don't want to be super centrally located, great communication, parking, facilities... The only thing you should take in consideration is that the trams are passing right by the flat so it gets noisy through the night when they do.
