Great location by Lendzplatz which itself is a lovely square with restaurants and food stalls. It is two blocks from the friendly alien and the walking bridge into the main plaza Hautplaz and the stairs up to that big clock. So wonderfully located for exploring on foot. I got the apartment option, which had a basic kitchen and a good amount of space. The bed is super comfortable. (Pillows are very soft. So if you like firm pillow you should check to see if they are available). The bathroom had a great rain shower and a wonderful tub, which inspired me to get some bath salts at the local DM (some austrian beauty bath type shop). The price was surprisingly good for what I got. The check in closes at 10pm or thereabouts but they gave me a code to access a box with my key. Super simple, but if you may be delayed (as I was) you should let them know so you get that code. I did not get the breakfast option because there are many nearly by restaurants K&O rooftop for breakfast 8 minutes walk is amazing as is the coffee shop at the friendly alien or just in front of the hotel there is a lovely coffee shop. There was a nespresso machine in my room, which is great because I need a coffee to go out and get my coffee!

It looks right at the Schlossberg and it's just minutes to walk to the historic center of the city. The Restaurant is charming, the breakfast was excellent, the room was comfortable and the bathroom renovated and modern. A really charming place, will definitely go back

Receptionist was helpful and friendly. Room was clean. WiFi worked well. I would use again.
