Perfectly clean and comfortable with all amenities that you need. The location is perfect, very quiet and green, the view is amazing. Hosts are very welcoming and kind, we had great communication. The host was very warm and welcoming, they turned on the heating before we came, and left us a bottle of juice and wine on the table as a gift. The rooms are big and comfortable, the apartment has two terraces and a big living room. We loved it so much that we stayed in the first night and didn't go to advent. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would highly recommend booking this apartment if you are coming to Graz with your car.

Tram station is 3-4 minutes away by walk.
