We ended up extending our stay by multiple days. Management is amazing and friendly, they helped us with everything we needed. Gisela was very kind and accommodating. She met us at the apartment upon arrival (even a little early!) and the place was extremely clean. Very comfortable and great location for hiking. It was 1 minute walk to the J-bus which brings you to many trailheads.
