We ended up extending our stay by multiple days. Management is amazing and friendly, they helped us with everything we needed. A supermarket is within walking distance, but you can also drive there. Not far from the apartment, there is a bus stop. With the bus, you can reach both the city center and two opposite slopes. From the apartment hosts, you will receive guest cards, allowing you to travel for free on public transportation in the city. The city offers a rich cultural program. There are many museums and a palace in the city. For mountain enthusiasts, there are plenty of hiking trails. You can find a lot of tourist information from brochures and magazines in the apartment. You won't be bored.

Located at the entrance to the Igler Wald forest, the Waldhaus features a large sun terrace with barbecue facilities and a variety of spa services. Everything. This is a great place I have stayed at before. It has everything you need and the location couldn't be better. Arriving outside the check-in window was a breeze with the coded lock box. Innsbruck Welcome card (free transit and some free cable cars) included with three or more nights. Cant wait to visit again!

Gisela was very kind and accommodating. She met us at the apartment upon arrival (even a little early!) and the place was extremely clean. Very comfortable and great location for hiking. It was 1 minute walk to the J-bus which brings you to many trailheads.
