Where to start, this is by far the best hotel I stayed at, the sustainability concept is great, the staff are so polite, professionally, friendly and attentive. My room was fantastic, cute and super comfortable, the bed, mattress and pillows were soft and very comfy. I booked my room without breakfast as I read some reviews on which they stated it was not good. The lady who did my check in gave me the option to come to see the breakfast then decide. I am so happy I took her advice, the breakfast was great, so healthy and yummy, and it offered various options opposite to what I read. The common area is great to work evening time. The common bathroom in -1 is so relaxing and clean. I checked out and left my suitcase as I had a late train, I forgot my jewellery bag in my room, the staff did a great job with keeping it until I got back. Everyone was great, special thanks to the lovely Patricia with her welcoming presence and her help, I would like to thank the lady (long black hair and glasses) for her big smile during breakfast, and the young blue eyes gentleman, there was a very nice and attentive gentleman Friday evening at the bar, thank you and sorry all for not having your names. I am definitely coming back

The staff and manager were very friendly, courteous and helpful.

I had to leave my bags there early morning and my rooms was ready so they let me just go straight there. really good breakfast and lovely comfortable clean rooms. just very relaxing.
