Only a 10-minute walk from Mirabell Palace, the Congress Centre, and the main train station, and a 15-minute walk from the Old Town, the modern, non-smoking Das Jedermann Boutiquehotel mit Stadtgarten... we stayed in one of the rooms that have direct access to the garden, the room was more spacious than we expected, very clean, with new furniture. The place was very quiet and we were able to relax and rest properly. Close to a few restaurants, supermarkets, and a 15 min walk to the city center. The bus to the airport was 5 minutes away.

Situated at a main road on the outskirts of Salzburg, Hotel Vogelweiderhof dates back to the early 20th century and offers free WiFi in all rooms and free private parking. Hotel Vogelweiderhof is absolutely amazing place to stay. We've been there for just 3 days and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff was very nice, we've received all the important information about the city and the places around right at the front desk. The room was just amazing — a huge room with one big bed, one small bed, and a sofa. All rooms have pretty good WiFi. We've had all the necessary things for a comfortable stay e.g. toilet accessories, towels, a tea set, etc. The hotel itself is located in the bedroom community so not many places to select from to eat, stare at or get fun at. On the bright side, the main train hub is just 10 min walk away – we've used it to get to Hallstatt and a big grocery store called Bila is just 15 min walk down the main street.
