Community kitchen was downstairs & they had lovely breakfast's. Staff were all very friendly. Would definitely stay again as a great room with good facilities & very comfy bed

This is a lovely boutique hotel right in the lovely part of Perth City near laneways and coffee shops. It's also located near the central train station. The ammenities were modern and clean and the location was fabulous! Great value for money. We would stay here again.
