The hotel is on one floor of a building, which isn’t uncommon in Dhaka. staff was very accommodating and helpful and spoke English. I’d stay here again.

I needed to stay one extra day, the staff managed to get me the same rate and extend for an additional day.

Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel has a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center and bar in Dhaka. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. I loved my stay at Renaissance. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. The room is amazing and the overall ambiance is very modern but warm. When you go for breakfast, the staff are very friendly and and helpful, especially Dheeman, Sanjida, Zubaire, and Pronoy. And, at the reception, I personally would like to thank Ms. Mia for helping me out during our check-in and being so nice whenever we see each other, she is very professional. Everyone looks so pleasing and will go out ifbtheir way just to provide comfort for the guests. I highly recommend this hotel when you cone to Dhaka. Thank you Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel. You were all excellent!

Staff were very attention and even offered to give me a ride to the airport, which was needed. The bathroom is really nice, I like the glass wall separating the shower from the bedroom . The breakfast was amazing every day.

Offering an outdoor pool and a spa and wellness centre, Lakeshore Hotel & Apartments is located in Dhaka. Free WiFi access is available. The famous Gulshan Baridhara Lake is just 550 metres away. Staff are very concerned about the guest. As hotel car was not available the staff Mr. Shariar did arrange a Uber taxi. He was kind and concerned enough to check if I reached the place safe and if I was in need of taxi for return trip. Such gestures will go a long way in building good relationships with guest. Very highly appreciate his concern. When I return back to Dhaka I will prefer to stay at this hotel
